Travel from Prague to Bratislava

We will be spending 6 days in the Prague area in mid January. We are thinking of taking day trips to Dresdan, Bratislava, etc. Any suggestions? Is their a train or bus pass we can get that will allow us to travel from Czech Republic to Germany and/or Slovakia?
