tours

I am making a trip to HCMC on my own and looking at taking 2 tours: Cu Chi Tunnel and Mekong Delta.
A lot of people recommended Sinh Cafe and I also checked out TNK travel recommended in travel books. I'm not sure if it's inflation or high publicity on travel forums but I don't see any tour prices in the range of under USD20 on their websites. Are those group prices perhaps?
