Rome apartment rental

We are planning a 3 day stay in Rome at the end of March. Does anyone know anything about renting an apartment from a company called accomodationservices.it in Chiesa Nuova/Navona. Corso Vittorio Emanuele 194.
Apartment on Vicolo della Campanella also a possibility by owner.
Any info would be helpful. Thanks.
